Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DeepOut ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License

DeepOut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

DeepOut offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features:

• Pro Monthly: Billed monthly
• Pro Yearly: Billed annually
• Pro+ Monthly: Billed monthly, includes advanced AI features
• Pro+ Yearly: Billed annually, includes advanced AI features

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

Free Trial

If offered, the free trial period allows you to experience premium features before subscribing. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using DeepOut. We do not claim any ownership over your documents, notes, or other materials.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

AI Features

DeepOut includes AI-powered features. When using these features:

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use
• AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You agree to comply with the terms of the AI service providers

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass any security measures
• Redistribute or resell the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
